Delivered by our TOFC specialist coaches, including Bristol City Womens FC manager, Tanya Oxtoby, these sessions are tailored to each player’s individual needs. The sessions are structured and based on developing and increasing a player’s already existing strengths, and to build their confidence in areas of improvement.

An assessment session is completed in the first instance with the player to outline strengths and weaknesses, which will form the basis of their development plan. The next stage is to create an individual training programme, identifying areas development to make the player a more holistic footballer. Areas such as speed and agility, football conditioning following a long term injury, or pre season, technical work, game understanding, sports psychology (goal setting) and video analysis of match play are all part of the holistic approach.

Sessions are conducted on a Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (depending on coaching availability) at various venues around the UK, with a session being 45 mins in length. For availability of these sessions and costings please click here
